Bio: Vouivre was born a cyclopic dragon. She was very inquisitive at a young age, and soon thought of ways to use her family's hoard in inventions. Namely, to showcase her vanity, she created her crown of jewels and all of her jewelry. As she aged, her eye began to fail her, especially at night. She took the most coveted possession of her hoard - a red rock - and with her skills and spells, created her famous glowing replacement. She also cut the jewel in such a way that it would give her binocular vision and better depth perception. Once her real eye went blind, she put it out and has used her invention ever since. She survived her late mate and daughter. She was estranged from the latter, whom she banished from France forever.

Relatives: Tajei (grandson--estranged)

Personality: Vain, intelligent, creative, opportunistic

Author's note: Vouivre is based on the French myth of the same name. Out of all the dragon folklore I am aware of, only the Vouivre wore some of her hoard out. I began thinking that she was probably very conceited about her appearance (she was considered a female). Stories never said how she obtained a huge crown, so I figured she made it herself. Stories stated that if anyone could snatch the eye, she would perish from blindness, and the thief would live like a king. No one was ever rumored to have stolen it, though.
